Cassandra and JJ are two extremely thoughtful and considerate agents. Throughout every consultation, they always made sure that I fully knew what was going on and what I was buying best fulfil my needs and wants. They are also very patient with my questions and always available to help. Overall, they are just lovely people who will make you feel comfortable sharing and talking to. I met Cassandra and JJ during a road show after work. Since then, they have always put my needs as their priorities. They made sure that I was comfortable with the timings and agendas of any meeting. Their presentation was very creative (JJ playing the piano) and made me understand more about savings. They were never forceful and they took time to understand my backgrounds as well as my needs.
